By completing this booking, I the renter acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. assumption of risk I understand that the use of inflatable equipment including bounce houses slide combo units and other products provided by cloud 9 inflatables involves inherent risks of injury or damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks whether known or unknown associated with participation in the rental and use of inflatable equipment.
2. release of liability I hereby release wave and discharge cloud 9 inflatables its owners agents employees and affiliates from any and all liability claims demands actions or causes of action for injury death or property damage arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment regardless of whether such injury or damage is caused by negligence.
3. supervision requirement I understand that adult supervision is required at all times during the use of the inflatable equipment I agreed to provide responsible adult supervision for all participants.
4. equipment responsibility I agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and according to all safety guidelines provided. I accept full responsibility for any damage to the equipment that occurs during the rental period.
5. weather and cancellations I understand that inflatable rentals must not be used in high winds or rain or unsafe weather conditions. I agree to unplug and cease use immediately if such conditions occur.
6. Indemnification I agreed to indemnify and hold harmless cloud 9 inflatables from any claims liabilities or expenses including attorney fees resulting from a use or misuse of the rental equipment.
